At every level and location, performance and results were in the top 5% nationally under his leadership. In 1997, American Express lost over 200 advisors in its most profitable market. American Express senior leadership entrusted Chuck with the largest and most visible rebuilding process in their history. Echoing his past leadership successes, Chuck took the troubled region from last to among the top five in the country within two years.
