Doug Lennick is legendary for his expertise in developing people. He is and has been a successful business owner and executive. He started his first business, a Minneapolis based telemarketing company, when he was 21 years old. Doug and his investors were the Midwest regional partner of Jamba Juice, and Doug is a principal owner of Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, the largest dinner theatre in the United States and the largest restaurant in the state of Minnesota.

Doug is also the CEO of think2perform, internationally recognized for the practical ways it helps make reality out of individual and organizational ideality. Prior to forming think2perform, Doug was a senior executive at American Express and at American Express Financial Advisors, where he led an organization of 17,000 field and corporate associates. Doug has authored or co-authored seven books and has been published in thirteen languages.
