It’s hard not to beam with pride when one of your investment projects fully transitions from an idea to the state’s 28th legal cannabis retail store, and now that Nature’s Remedy, one of Cannapreneur Partners portfolio investment projects in legal cannabis, has just opened in Millbury, there is much to celebrate.
The Worcester Telegram was there to capture the ribbon cutting today:
“About a dozen local and state officials and staff showed up to officially welcome the new business, located at 266 N. Main St. Nature’s Remedy opened Sept. 27 on an appointment basis, to work out the bugs, according to its owners. But now it is a full walk-in service pot shop.
‘It’s been a long journey, but one of the important things is Millbury was the first town that wanted us,’ said Nature’s Remedy CEO John Brady, one of three partners in charge. ‘Nothing is easy in the marijuana world but Millbury made it easy for us.’
Nature’s Remedy is also in line for a medical marijuana license at the Millbury site, as well as adult-use retail locations in Tyngsboro and Worcester. The Worcester store is expected to open next summer.”
